The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy or Privacy Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as FZ-152).

Rules of personal data collection:

  • Personal data is processed on a lawful and fair basis
  • Personal data is processed limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes.
  • It is not allowed to combine databases containing personal data, the processing of which is carried out for purposes incompatible with each other.
  • Only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing are subject to processing.
  • The content and volume of personal data being processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing.
  • When processing personal data, the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing are ensured.
  • The operator takes the necessary measures or ensures their adoption to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Personal data is stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data, no longer than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period for personal data is established by federal law, an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor. Processed personal data are subject to destruction or depersonalization upon achieving the processing purposes or in the event of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

List of collected personal data

The Operator does not collect any personal information about the user. However, the user’s personal information may be collected by external organizations (third parties) that provide tools for collecting information about the state of the website. For this reason, the Operator disclaims responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of user data. The user can read the Privacy Terms of third parties on their websites.
